Right now I’ve got two big hunks of chicken on the grill. Nothing to it really, just time, heat, and a thermo probe. I’ve also done a couple of steaks but the recent masterpiece was a chicken basil stir- fry that turned out perfectly. I’m sorry I didn’t get a photo of that but I tend to forget about the blog when cooking.
